How do I capture a receipt?

Open CropBook and tap the Capture tab. Point the camera at a receipt or pick one from your photo library. CropBook extracts the vendor, date, amount, and CRA box code in the background. You confirm the details, then it's in your ledger.

Are my receipts and books stored in Canada?

Yes. CropBook uses Supabase in the ca-central-1 region (Montréal). Your receipt images and ledger rows never leave Canada at rest.

What can I export at year end?

A CRA T2042-formatted PDF summarizing expenses and income by box code, plus a full Farm Book XLSX with every transaction and its supporting receipt. Your accountant can file straight from the export.

Does CropBook file my taxes?

No. CropBook prepares the books and generates exports. You (or your accountant) file with the CRA. We are bookkeeping software, not a tax preparer.

I entered something wrong. Can I fix it?

Yes. Tap any ledger entry to edit the vendor, amount, date, or box code. Changes sync back to your year-end export.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Every farm you sole-own, every receipt image, and every ledger row is permanently deleted within 30 days.

I work offline. Does CropBook sync later?

Yes. Receipts and ledger edits you make offline are queued on-device. When you're back online, CropBook syncs everything to the server in order.
